Payment Methods

Credit Card - You can purchase any of our products by using the shopping cart buttons on the individual product pages. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment, we simply use them as our online credit card processor.

Mailing in Payment - Certified check, bank check or money order are all accepted payment methods for mailing in payment. You can print a handy mail in order form, but it is not necessary. If you choose not to use the mail in form, please be sure to let us know what product you want, and don't forget your shipping and contact info.

International Shipping - We ship worldwide. Since shipping rates/methods vary from country to country we do not use a flat shipping rate calculator for international shipments. Please feel free to email us at sales@redzoneeffects.com and we will provide an accurate shipping rate specifically for your country, and walk you through the payment process.

10 Day Evaluation and Return Policy


You have 10-day evaluation period to try out your RedZone Effect. Your evaluation period begins the day you receive your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full refund less shipping costs. You are also responsible for the payment of return shipping charges.

To return your pedal for a refund you must contact us by phone or by email within 10 days of receiving the product for a return authorization number and product must be shipped out within the 10-day period. You must have a Return Authorization Number in order for us to accept returns and process a refund. 

In order to receive a refund, you must send back all manuals, paperwork, and packing materials, that you received with your RedZone Effect. Any returned pedal that is missing any of the original packaging, and/or product that shows signs of use such as scratches, dings, or any damage to the pedal will be subject to a $20.00 fee. So be careful when trying the pedal out, and save all original packaging.

We recommend insuring the package when sending in a return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged product on return shipping.
